Jackrabbits get 2 road wins

The Lonoke Jackrabbits got two big road conference wins last week. 
Lonoke knocked off Southside Batesville 46-33 on Tuesday and Heber Springs 51-47 on Friday. 
In the win over there Southerners, the two teams were tied 6-6 after one quarter but Lonoke scored only point in the second quarter and trailed 16-7 at halftime. 
Lonoke had one of its best halfs of the season, scoring 39 points, including 14 in the third quarter and 25 in the fourth quarter. 
Jawaun Bryant led Lonoke with 18 points. Nick Bates had 8. Isaac Toney scored 6. Brenton Bryant had 5. Bryson Jackson scored four. Justin Meadows and Tyler Spencer had 2 points each. Byron Fair scored one point — Lonoke's only point of the second quarter.
In the win over Heber Springs, Lonoke trailed 10-9 after one quarter. The score was tied 21-21 at halftime. 
The Panthers led 36-32 after three quarters. The Jackrabbits scored 19 points in the fourth quarter to get the win. Jawaun Bryant scored 8 of his 19 points in the final 8 minutes. 
Toney added 9. Brenton Bryant scored 8. Jackson had 7. Haven Hunter had 3. Bates and Tyler Spencer scored 2 points each.
