The Carlisle Bison football team will open the 2014 season against England on Friday, Sept. 5, at Fred C. Hardke Field.
However, they are still without a head coach.
Brandon Barbaree resigned as head coach after one season to become principal at Pangburn Middle School. The Bison went 12-2, advancing to the Class 2A state semifinals, losing to eventual state champion Junction City at El Dorado High School.
Carlisle superintendent Jason Clark is continuing the search for a new coach. Check back with our blog for updates on the coaching search.
